MTB SIX Barn House

This house is built for a family that wants real separation between living and sleeping space. The ground floor is an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, plus a bathroom and a versatile room off the entrance that works as a third bedroom, study or guest room. The staircase leads to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and a second bathroom occupy the full width of the house. With four large opening skylights lighting the upper level and a full-height glazed facade below, the house never feels like a converted attic — every room gets real daylight.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Option 1 — Self-Assembly Kit. The complete flat-pack set to bring the house to a closed, weather-tight shell: SIP panels, structural timber, roofing and facade materials, windproof membranes, all windows and doors, certified fixings (Torx screws) and every consumable — foam, tapes, silicone, staples. With the detailed manual, an experienced crew erects the shell in about 12–15 days; an owner with basic construction skills — in 18–21 days. Note that the heaviest elements weigh up to 200 kg, so mechanical lifting assistance is recommended on site. Three people are needed to unload the delivery.

Option 2 — Turnkey. Everything in the kit, plus delivery to your plot, assembly, interior finishing, complete internal wiring across both floors with sockets, switches and a main control panel, full plumbing and water supply preparation for both bathrooms, and fitted bathrooms: toilet, shower with cabin, mounted sink and quality mixers.
